For each role at Motto®, we ask a core set of questions to evaluate critical thinking, grammar, and writing skills. Be thorough and thoughtful, we read every application!
You’ll have a 30-minute introductory call to meet with a hiring manager to discuss the role and skill fit.
You’ll have a 60-minute call with one or both founders and meet two or three Motto® teammates to get excited about our culture. We encourage you to ask questions, explore our values and behaviors, and get energized about how we do things.
You’ll complete an assignment and present it to our team. The goal is to demonstrate how you think, act, and communicate. Each exercise is tailored to the role, and we thank you for your time with a curated selection of fabulous gifts.
If you haven’t taken the DiSC assessment, we may have you complete that. We’d also love to chat with at least three references, including a previous manager.
Congrats, and welcome to Motto! We’ll make a job offer that explains the role and everything we’re offering you. We will start Onboarding you into our systems, processes, and workflows if you accept.
